We are a not for profit making organisation dedicated to providing the community with free access to counselling, support and self development courses.

We are a small charity based in Whitehaven in West Cumbria whose purpose is to provide a confidential, dedicated and non-judgemental counselling and support service to any member of the local community, particularly those in sometimes desperate need of help.

Our dedicated team of professional counsellors, support workers and trainers provide a free service for people who cannot afford private fees yet are struggling to cope with problems that can often be deep-rooted and traumatic, making it difficult, if not impossible, to tackle alone.

Whatever your circumstances, our counselling and befrinding services can offer you confidential support on many levels, giving you the opportunity to focus on your needs, helping you to bring about the changes you want.
