Evolution Through Need

Forget-me-Not started life from the vision of a local counsellor, who, through her own professional practice, identified a serious lack of provision for timely access to professional counselling to those in the community, Exisitng services are overstretched with little hope of being seen quickly. Excessive waiting lists and high fees compound the problem further.

Forget-Me-Not seeks to change this by providing access to Counselling for anyone who needs it, when they need it. We provide confidential, one-to-one counselling with professionally trained counsellors to individuals, couples, families, groups and children over the age of 12yrs.

Our counselling services are delivered in line with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's Ethical Framework. Our counsellors are accredited or trained to diploma level and are involved in continuing professional development and regular supervision. We abide by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy's (BACP) Ethical Framework for Good Practice and are subject to their professional conduct procedures.
